The highly anticipated 1964/65 New York World's fair was the third major world's fair held in New York City. Centered around the theme of "Peace Through Understanding", American companies were represented throughout the exposition. One of the most iconic symbols of the fair was the stainless-steel model of the earth called te Unisphere.
Issued in 1962, this wonderful poster features the famous Unispere. Done by the famed artist Bob Peak, this image of a loving family attending the fair is a hard to find item. This one in particular has been linen backed to the size of 27" x 41".
